How to Register on the GME App

Download the GME app

available on Google Play and the App Store.

Tap "New User"

and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Fill in your details.

The User ID must have at least four characters or use your existing email. The password must be at least 9 characters long and include letters, numbers, and special characters (!, @, #, $, *).

Upload your passport and ARC.

If you don’t have an ARC, you can skip this step. Ensure all required details are filled out.

Enter your bank details for verification.

Open your mobile banking app and check the transaction history to find the 4-digit GME Penny Code.

Enter the 4-digit Penny Code in the app.

Create your 4-digit PIN or enable Face/Touch ID.

How to Send Money

Open the GME App and log in.

Tap "Overseas Transfer"

Add a recipient. Once added, the recipient will appear on your list for easy access in future transactions.

Choose one of the three methods to send money to the Philippines.

a. "Cash Payment" - The receiver can pick up the money at nationwide locations like Banco de Oro (BDO) Cash Pickup, BPI, Cebuana Lhuillier, LBC Express, M Lhuillier, Palawan Pawnshop, and SM Counters.
b. Bank Deposit - Send money directly to a bank account in the Philippines.
c. Mobile Wallet - Transfer money to mobile wallets in the Philippines, such as GCash, Coins, or PayMaya.

Provide the required details for adding the recipient.

Select the recipient

Choose the account registered in GME from which the money will be debited. You can use your GME Wallet or opt for auto-debit from your connected Korean bank account.

Enter the amount you want to send

Verify the recipient’s details before completing the transaction.

Money Sent

After the transfer, you can view and share the transaction receipt as proof of payment.
